Pros

Overall, it's a good company with a long and distinguished history as reputable company.

Cons

It's reputation is slowly being eroded over the years by the employees/contractors at all levels, especially those in management who put cynicism and politics over what's right which is counter to what the company publishes and preaches.

Pros

pay, benefits, work/life. Some work can be fun and challenging. Have a lot of resources available.

Cons

politics, too many people who do nothing. People always looking out for their own best interest, not the company. Rollout things that aren't developed and move on to the next poor rollout.
