      Good work life balance and generally great people to work with. The general environment is team oriented and people are usually willing to help when asked.

      Cons

      Project work is heavily burdened by administrative tasks. The number of approvals and the number of people who may challenge project advancement is large and often ambiguous.

      There’s a great emphasis on safety, which is a good thing. The pay is also great!

      Cons

      The travel time is work (West Bakersfield) is 45 minutes but it’s not too bad once you get used to it.
