      Pros

      The hourly associates are great. There are associates there who I would consider to be among the best people I have ever managed.

      Cons

      The management in the building is horrible. The building is a start up and it tries to operate like it's been open for 5 years. The process management program is horrible. The inventory control is horrible. The housekeeping is horrible. The associates are constantly frustrated. Long hours are compounded by the fact that no one cares about anything except throughput. Absolutely dreadful benefits packages. It's easily the worst job I have ever had. Do not say you haven't been warned.

      Pros

      Management really cares about their employees. Great benefits, contests, decent pay, recognition for a job well done. The company is getting bigger by the second - it will definitely be huge! One of the best things about the company is satisfaction - we're easily able to "make someone's day" every day.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing so fast, it's difficult to stand out and be noticed as an exceptional employee. It's just now graduating from the start-up phase, and they're still trying to get everything organized (luckily they're on the right path!).
