Pros

The benefits and pay are decent ….. at first. I don’t have any pros anymore . We don’t get paid to do 3 jobs but they want us to do 3 jobs

Over time you realize that they want you to be a robot . I started out in pharmacy on phones. After all while I moved to email. During training we were told we’d do emails only. Then after training they said we’d take some calls and the emailer rotated weekly . It went from weekly rotation to now back to back calls every single day and still working emails . Then they want you to be chat trained as well. That’s three jobs and no extra pay. All day you’re flipping channels on and off. Just when you think you have some stability, think again. I use to love this job but it has become draining. The customers are extremely entitled.
