Pros

Working with highly. competent, results-driven team members. Org is heavily focused on ROI and embodies a culture of "Debate openly, commit fully". There's a strong sense of customer obsession, which permeates across the org - team goes above and beyond to improve the life of pets and their parents.

Cons

Pace of execution can be overwhelming at times - once a decision has been reached, team expects fast follows. My advice for new joiners: spend time learning systems & build ability to self-serve data. Also , company can be bureaucratic - access to software/data tables is restricted and requires a lengthy validation process.
