Pros
Chewy is very diverse and does not care what you look like or where you come from. Just what you bring to the table. The company benefits are wonderful and have been helpful and useful. The resources at Chewy are great as well.
Cons
The higher up's with power abuse it almost every day. There's a consistent vibe in the office where you know someone is watching and you know someone is going to talk down to you. The manager are all fairly young and clearly need help. We currently are unable to talk at work while sitting next to people in silence all day. We are not allowed to eat even though were hungry all day and only have a 30 minute lunch break. Chewy prides themselves in hiring and promoting within and fast but unless you are liked and accepted by the managers you are not going anywhere...mind you there's 1200 reps here. The tension in the office is at an all time high and they make you feel so uncomfortable with just doing your job.
