Pros

The pay is higher than the average in northern Nevada. It's a startup company so it could go either way.

Cons

They don't care about employees. The warehouse is about one hundred degrees right now. We are in the Nevada desert but they don't care. Work and work and work but expect appreciation

Pros

Employees can bring pets to work (with limitations), and there are discounts on company products.

Cons

If you value growth, recognition, and a healthy work culture, look elsewhere. The company projects an image of caring, but internally it is toxic—employees are undervalued, knowledge is hoarded, and favoritism dominates promotions and decision-making. The culture is becoming increasingly homogeneous, with hires and leadership heavily skewed toward former Amazon employees, pushing the company toward an “Amazon-wannabe” environment. High turnover among top talent is common, and leadership is often seen as performative rather than supportive. Employees across all business areas, especially Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service, are exploited, with little reflection of growth or support for their development. Compensation is not competitive, stock options require long tenure to be meaningful, and severance is limited. P Overall, the culture is toxic, and your contributions may not be appreciated. Approach with caution.

Pros

They are great about protecting their public image

Cons

1.Solicit current employees to submit reviews to help dilute the reviews that are negative. 2.Actively and consistently doing layoffs, but keep keeping it so hush-hush and there’s so much fear culture that the laid off employees also stay quiet so take a moment to think about how toxic the culture has to be
