      They pay and benefits were good. The people were fun.

      The customers can be a lot and some days the call volume is extremely high, which can be stressful

      the work itself is pretty easy, some of the leads are really cool but seem like their arms are bent by the company to be harsh on people

      Cons

      high turnover rate, multiple often conflicting ways of pushing numbers that are impossible to do without doing shortcuts that also get you in trouble, way to easy to get fired and way to unforgiving over small accidents (peices of wood from broken pallets falling but not hitting anyone)

      Overworked - Manager and HR are 2 faced- can't trust anybody - manager let's her close personal friend who works there have a better working environment than anyone there
