If you value growth, recognition, and a healthy work culture, look elsewhere. The company projects an image of caring, but internally it is toxic—employees are undervalued, knowledge is hoarded, and favoritism dominates promotions and decision-making. The culture is becoming increasingly homogeneous, with hires and leadership heavily skewed toward former Amazon employees, pushing the company toward an “Amazon-wannabe” environment. High turnover among top talent is common, and leadership is often seen as performative rather than supportive. Employees across all business areas, especially Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service, are exploited, with little reflection of growth or support for their development.
