*Work from home *Decent benefits *Provides equipment

*Non livable wage ($.25 "raise" annually is a joke) *You have to Earn your time off (paid and non paid). So if you have something special but you haven't earned enough time off, you're SOL *Constant changes in how things are done, creating more unnecessary steps for employees and frustrating customers *Unrealistic metrics without resources to accomplish them *Micromanaged all day *Ongoing abuse from customers *Culture of taking care of the customer at the expense of the employees *Revolving door of employees *They give you equipment, but if you need something or the equipment has an issue, you have to part the red sea to get a replacement

-Great company and weekly pay. Get to work from home. Get clocked in 5 minutes at your scheduled work time and 5 minutes before you get off, you can change your status.

Cons

This jobs can play a toll on your mental. You are expected to have your numbers up. Very repetitive. No bonuses or incentives. Etc.
