Pros

Good work life balance with flexible scheduling, and a set schedule made many months in advance. Good benefits, and pay.

Cons

Seems to care mostly about the numbers of forward booking, and bloodwork panels rather than the drama and the toxic culture inside of the clinics. No chance for growth within the clinic

Pros

weekly pay, work from home, if you provide the quality of work that is expected, you have nothing to worry about. expectations are fairly easy to meet in my opinion.

Cons

Chewy is "customer-focused", not "employee-focused". cons only arise when you start to want or expect more from the company than they are willing to provide or give you. Don't expect any more or less than what you signed up for when you applied and got hired and you will be fine.
