Crmc is a toxic work environment who doesn’t hesitate to promote family and friends but burn those who work hard. This organization has no problem stabbing employees in the back and not hesitating firing anyone! Will never work there again!

It is a very unprofessional work place, where patients are not a priority. The culture that is set by upper management allows for hostility in the work environment.

It is a very unprofessional work place, where patients are not a priority. The culture that is set by upper management allows for hostility in the work environment. They have no education for coders. They have you do education off the clock unpaid. They don't have an encoder, etc.
