Pros

The doctors are nice and the benefits are good.

Cons

They have no idea how to manage or lead an outreach athletic training program. The program is run by a PTA who has no experience with athletic trainers, he's just one of the good old boys with the school system leadership. The pay is very low compared to the rest of the US. The turnover for ATC's has been 60 over the last two years and the time to fill for ATC positions is over 60 days....not a good sign.
