The mission here is an honorable one. It’s very clear everyone here is dedicated to providing mental health care to children.

Cons

If you’re not leadership you don’t have a say when it comes to Covid safety precautions. Support staff is underpaid and overworked. There are very unrealistic expectations for everyone when it comes to workload and managers just don’t care to hear you when you say it’s too much. Burnout seems to be the norm.
