LA administors were unprofessional and unorganized. The students barely got the correct meals, if any. Material for projects came late, we had to do a lot of prov. The rules were never clear and changed day to day. The schedule switched often.. Some kids didnt even get their laptops until the program was over! When we needed assistants, all staff members in the office had terrible attitudes

The organization is in a transition phase and could benefit from a more structured strategic vision to support long-term growth. Leadership decision-making is centralized, and a more collaborative approach could help empower senior management. The strategic planning process is still evolving, and a more mature annual goal-setting framework could enhance the organization's ability to operate at the scale of a large nonprofit.
