Pay every Friday if you did an assignment the week of or the week before. Lastly the children somewhat because there are some nice children at these locations you will see. Sometimes you will stay at a location for a while due to it being on going and that if the location likes you.

Cons

#1 Location: these centers are mostly in questionable areas and except like 2 that are in safe neighborhoods or area . #2: Low Staff or just lazy staff that can't be get the job done. #3 Questionable discipline. #4: Bad hygiene from the building to the toys which equals germs. #5: Eat, Play and Sleep with little to no learning at these centers. Sometimes there ain't assignments at all, no pay lunch as for gas milage only if lucky other then no.

Pros

See how different centers operate behind close doors working with children along with how these staffs are. Friday is pay day if you work the current week and the week before. Can be an on going subsitute for the center if the center is short on staff. Lastly the children which can be a hit or miss because you don't get to pick the age group you work with even though CCC says pick. This is best for someone who doesn't want to stay in 1 location or get somewhat behind the scenes of Child Care field.

Cons

The location of these centers except like 3 is in a safe area. Have to travel within 10 miles though with some times pay gas milage but not paid for lunch time. Most of these centers are below average as in not well funded, the staff at some of these centers treat the children like crap. CCC ain't paying you for trainings and clearences.
