Pros

The only good pro is there a chance you can make some children happy and the reason I say this because most of the staff at these centers don't really care about the children instead just in it for the pay check. Also you get to block a center if you don't feel comfortable going back there as well their other locations too.

Cons

The cons is #1 location most of these centers are in bad areas except like 4 that are like safe. #2 Not every school works with your hours so assignments will be a challenge #3 CCC doesn't help you with what trainings on what you need after CPR and fire safety also with these trainings you have to pay it yourself including the CPR and fire safety. Clearences also you have pay it yourself. #4 You will see bad treatment with the children from these centers and you can't do anything about it. In Conclusion you you are just working for a failure company protecting near bad centers that will be shut down due to like x amount violations. Also you ain't pay for lunch time instead you just getting pay for days you had an assignment and most days you won't get assignments at all.

Pros

You get to choose your availability and pay every Friday if you work that week. Don't have to travel to different centers if the school likes you especially if its an on going assignment for the center. It looks good on a resume if you want to be in this field or similar I guess.

Cons

All these centers #1 issue for this company is " short on staff" and I will provided reasons why. #1-Location, most of these centers are in neighborhoods that are just questionable and never think twice there is a existing center there. #2 - Not much heart- what I mean by this to do this career you got to have heart for the children and from what I see some of staff in these centers just simply only care about the paycheck even though this is not a high salary job. #3 Not well funded- pretty straight forward meaning these centers don't get much money and when this happens there is limited resources, not much toys for the kids, poor meals and etc compared to a center that is well funded. #4-shenanigans there has to be with each other, management or both at the same time. Lastly #5- not much experience and lazy. The not much experience should be straight forward meaning its hard to see trust in these centers and the lazy well the staffs are just lazy to do simple things and preferer someone else do it for them like cleaning. Overall CCC is below average as well since CCC doesn't got much people answer the phone if instead it has to be has to be a wait time so double whammy and there is no benefits to work with CCC either as in no paid lunch. Gas milage is only if its over your radius. Trainings come out your paid check too and no its not free. CCC also sides with the Centers instead of the employees even when the employee like myself explain what happen.
