This company is trash. From day 1 there has been nothing but un-organization starting from the top. Upper management has no idea what they are doing. There really is no training offered they just throw you in and hopefully you don't sink right away. There are really no benefits at this company and health insurance for myself alone was over $300 a month and that was the only benefit for the company. No vision. NO DENTAL. No 401k. I was also tricked about how vacation worked. I was told managers got 2 weeks of vacation then after I started it changed that you don't even start accruing until after a year of employment and you can only accrue a week and it takes about another year to accrue a week. So you can never really take a paid vacation. The turnover rate is horrid. The amount of people I seen come and leave in the year in super sad. They treat the employees that wanna be there like trash and the ones who try and leave they throw money at them to stay. Its backwards and causes really not the best work environment because everyone talks about "just try and quit they'll give you a raise" HOWEVER they do not fire anyone. They will just try to make your job miserable so you quit and they dont have to pay for unemployment. Also, sometimes you have to do stuff against whats morally correct so they can see a profit.
