      Supervisors were great at being responsive and supportive. Rewarding job seeing children's improvement.

      Cons

      Difficult to gain hours, hours were not always guaranteed (cancellations, lull between clients, etc.)

      See clients progress and build life long skills. Gain sense of integrity from practicing core values CLC is known for.

      Cons

      Hard to get full time hours. If you have a kiddo that has only home therapy, driving from client to client can get pretty isolating. If you have clinic/office sessions you can meet with other behavior therapists and collaborate.
