The mission of the organization and the people they serve are amazing. Employees throughout the organization make their best efforts to provide for and support the individuals served, their teams, and the overall mission of the organization with the resources they have available.

Cons

Limited resources due to stat-dependent funding for programs; a disconnect between corporate decision/policy makers and the direct support workers providing the supports. Middle management often has thier hands tied between what should be done and what resources they have available to make it happen.
