Pros

Great group of people to work with. People care about the mission and work hard to help each other and the clients. Lots of training opportunities and free CEUs. Benefits are really good compared to other nonprofits. 10 paid holidays and PTO offered to part time and full time employees. Hybrid work schedules offered.

Cons

The company centralized a few departments such as HR a few years ago so HR isn't on site every day.

Pros

Flexible work Create your own schedule Supervision Ability to form school based relationships Working with students

Cons

Because you are out in the schools, you do not see your coworkers as much. However, it is about being intentional and scheduling time for everyone to get together. Pay could be better but management has been working on obtaining that
