The CEO, Terry Blackwell, is a genius that has grown the organization immensely since he took over; they are lucky to have someone like that at the top. Terry Allen Pearl is no longer the CEO, so this site should update that.

Cons

Slow onboarding process for all levels of staff; additional resources are needed for recruiting and retention.

Pay rate is not everything. Other companies is paying 17.75 for the same job title position. I'm probably gonna leave.
