Pros

Flexible hours, work from home, good medical benefits.

Cons

Terrible salary, little to no trainings offered, no incentives, disorganization, opportunities for billing limited. Does not offer paid vacation, paid sick time, personal days. Expect you to work for free for all office duties, phone calls, colleague communications.

More bad days than good. One of the worst companies I've worked for.

Pros

Exposure to an entry level position in human services or healthcare.

Cons

As of 2020, no incentive (retirement, vacation, PTO was cut back, personal time was eliminated, etc) Clients aren't getting their needs met. Houses are absolutely filthy. Management is very unprofessional. Staff is underpaid. Poor communication. Constant drama and gossip.

Pros

The employees genuinely want to make a difference and they care about the people they work with.

Cons

Really hard to maintain a consistent schedule, the hours can range from 20 one week and 35 the next. The pay is abysmal. The company overall is an unorganized mess. For my first case, I was thrown in with minimal guidelines and I basically had to work my way out of a hole on my own.
