Pros

The clients make you want to work,love putting a smile on their faces especially the ones who has been instituted,the company gives you occasional overtime.

Cons

Most of the workers are not skilled enough to care about the individuals we serve.

Pros

The ID/DD services field is always rewarding. - Great benefits...

Cons

Extremely dysfunctional. - Constantly understaffed. - No follow through- No accountability. (its easier to scapegoat and try to reinvent the wheel than to fix the problem) -"IT department" is an unproductive DISASTER and works remotely from another state. All of this makes everyone work harder rather than smarter and quality of services is compromised as a result.
