I learned a lot regarding the behavioral health field. Although hours could be limited, I believe it was a good entry level position. My coworkers were always helpful and supportive. My supervisor was always available and easy to talk to. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the clients and interacting with coworkers.

Cons

The hardest part of the job was the lack of and frequently changing hours.
