Pros

The company is currently going through a lot of upper management change. Getting rid of their old ways and the problematic CEO and implementing a new CEO and bringing the company into the twenty first century from the stone ages. I understand change is hard but it is for the better and I can see this company is changing for the better!

Cons

Old CEO was a huge problem with nepotism and sexist towards woman. Pay is low and a raise is unheard of. However with the new CEO I hope that things will change for the better and seem to look that way.
