-Management cares about employees -Coworkers are extremely supportive -Clients work hard to obtain their goals -You make your own schedule Monday-Friday with Weekends off -Mileage reimbursement -You get to meet genuinely caring people from all kinds of different programs in the community that you didn’t know existed and gain knowledge from them -IT team is extremely supportive and responds quickly

Cons

-The amount of time you put into work does not add up to the amount you actually get paid due to how billable hours are calculated.

Pros

The work done at this school is magnificent. You see so much growth in the kids. The teachers in general are phenomenal which is why so much growth takes place.

Cons

The support from the leadership team is minimal. The CEO came to the school 3 times the entire year. All 3 times it was with a camera crew. They also have some abusive leaders who talk to people like trash.
