The staff that I worked with was really nice. There is a training card for literally EVERYTHING so when you had ZERO training for a task... you could figure it out. Benefits were actually better than what my husband was getting from the U of A, so that was awesome.

Cons

Lack of initiative in the Management staff to actually train up and coming crew. I hated how the authenticity of the company was diminishing which is one reason why I left. They were headed towards the McDonalds route with everything being premade and delivered.
