Pros

Great food, fast paced environment, committed to a healthy-hormone free (meat, pork, poultry) menu, which includes listing the nutritional values of everything on the menu.

Cons

Extremely low wages for the amount of work that is done. You're on your feet all day, and management rarely steps in when the line gets backed up and customers begin to complain.
