They don’t care about the employees

Pros

They matched me with a good company. Paid at least 24 hrs sick time

Cons

When my direct employer went south, the agency did nothing to help me out. The agency preferred to back up the employer instead of the employee (me). They chose to conserve the relationship of the company, even though what they were doing was shady and only beneficial to the manager that disliked me. They also went silent after everything went down, I was under the impression they would help me find employment after the whole situation. I found out after that they paid me the lowest amount possible, I was getting underpaid for a long time but they didn’t do anything about it.
