Have you utilized the Build a Better Company Form found on the choicehealthathome.com website? It is a great way to voice concerns or present ideas that go straights to my desk. Choice was founded with in 2007 using three credit cards and my life savings. We had 5 employees to start in Tyler, TX. Choice now has over 1200 employees and operates in 4 states. To have that kind of growth I value greatly input in every market. Through the years we continue to learn and understand from every new territory and it has allowed us to be very successful. Fast growing company, which is nice to be a part of but is susceptible to people being spread thin, especially during the pandemic.
