Thank you for your review. Home health and hospice are great fields and employee retention is a must. We have even added an employee experience position, an RN who has worked in the field and in the office, to help enhance employment at Choice. 2019 and 2020 have been great years as far as expansion and growth, and while providing opportunities for nurses, it creates an even greater need to focus on their retention. Our turnover rates are below national averages in our industry but we want them to be better. It sounds like you might have great input.
