Easy to obtain days off. Exceptional patient care. Office staff very easy to make contact with. No weekends. Decent benefits.

Cons

Too many "hands in the same cookie jar". Absolutely no communication from management to staff. Inability to keep staff on board. Only raises given are to employees that turn in their 2 weeks notice.

I’ve received zero guidance from management through several changes. You also get a lot of mistakes on your pay check.
