Toxic culture, almost no training, Clerical Admin and Clinical Administrator problems

Cons

Lack of Leadership/Training Admin staff and the Clinical Administrator have personal issues impacting staff and the care of patients. Lack of nursing staff-- resulting in delayed responses The staff turnover is severe and management seems not to care to find out why.
