They should be called Sitel, that is who takes all the calls for choice hotels now. They have sold all reservation calls and CP member calls to Sitel a huge call center with centers all over the world. Still answer the phone with "thanks for calling Choice Hotels" though, what a joke.

Very top heavy, too many senior level managers. Every year, they cut more employees to outsoarcing and then talk about how great the company is doing in the earnings reports. Just focused on more $$. Often won't spend $$ on systems upgrades or necessities of everyday job function.
