      Helps getting your foot in the door if you would like to pursue a career in hospitality.

      Inflexible hours but then again that comes with the nature of this profession.

      Able to sit down while working

      Cons

      -rotating door with constant turnover of staff -management is lazy and doesn't care about paying bills -payroll issues -hotel has issues with maintenance and cleanliness -corporate needs to put some money into the place

      If you are interested in upscale Hospitality, it is a great place to start. I would not recommend it as a career path, however, there are select opportunities present,

      I think that with all of the competition out there, (Hilton, Marriott) Choice should upgrade their brand image. Especially the Comfort brand. It can be updated and still affordable.
