      Great pay, if you can stand the politics

      Pros

      Great cafeteria, gym, free parking, high pay.

      Cons

      The most political place I've ever worked or seen. Employees afraid to discuss their analysis until they know which way the wind is blowing. Easy to get black listed and let go at the next reorganization if you speak your mind.

      Pros

      Decent health insurance. Some opportunity for overtime if you want it. No layoffs yet but with all of the outsourcing it is only a matter of time.

      Cons

      The company is outsourcing a lot of duties to foreign countries. The agents in these foreign countries are constantly screwing things up and we have to fix it and get yelled at by the customer. Management is constantly coming up with "great ideas" of how to run the place better but they don't listen to their employees' input and the plans almost never work. Replacing our perfectly good phone system with one that is inferior is a good example of this. A lot of the time they don't even go through with these "improvements" so it's hard to predict what work will be like in a month or a year.

      Pros

      Stability due to the franchise model. Low expectations if that is a pro. Don't have to be smart, driven or want to go anywhere.

      Cons

      Very low operating platform all around, you can spend a lot of time dealing with a lot of clueless people who are just there to make it to retirement. Be prepared to get criticized and more if you actually want to do something. Have to pretend not to be yourself to fit in.
