      great place for customers not employees

      Pros

      good customers and if you work with them a very good back of the house kitchen staff

      Cons

      lots of drama at the workplace especially the front of the house. employees unable to be polite and courteous with each other at the workplace. too many employees scheduled to work causing much smaller tip outs among the bartenders/servers. SCHEDULE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK UNTIL SOMETIMES FRI USUALLY SAT FOR A WEEK STARTING SUN.

      A dynamic and fun place to work, but a little too far on the conservative side.

      Pros

      A lot of autonomy is given, the facilities are impressive, the workload is challenging, the people are fantastic and provide a great team-first environment.

      Cons

      The company can be slow to make decisions often waiting for competitors to take that first step which generally put the company behind the field in many areas and sometimes in a very reactionary position. The Scottsdale office and personnel are a pleasure to work with and just "get it" whereas the Maryland office seems mired in traditional business practices and not quite as adept at adapting to technology.
