Cons

Excellent place to learn if you are new to this buisness. If you are a Master Tech you may want to consider other places as this place is very similar to MIDAS, MONRO, ect and you will find the same issues here. I encountered a double standard, uneven work distiribution and being asked to work duing "lunch".

Owner doesn't know the automotive industry. Does not like to listen to his staffs concerns or knowledge. Pays men more than women.

pros is that I never had to buy lunch fridays

they are the worst company to work for. never received my last check never heard from them after reach out several times "Christian" did not mean anything but maybe a name they should be 1000 percent ashamed of themselves ofc this was my experience and they are franchised
