Pros

Weekends off and free lunch on Fridays.

Cons

Heaven to eat every Friday with untrustworthy people. Work orders repairs not being distributed fairly and evenly. Be in there 50 hours and turning 20 hours because of that.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. It is always disheartening to read comments like this. If you are comfortable, please reach out to your store's franchisee to share your concerns. Christian Brothers Automotive locations are owned and operated by franchisees, and each franchise has sole authority over employment matters. Again, thank you for your note.

Pros

Clean shop, very nice advisers and management, mostly welcoming and helpful techs, good compensation and benefits.

Cons

job was miss described and when starting the job was mot as told. i was told that this job would be a repair job on a team. applied to be a b tech and after the start was found that the job was not as promised in the interview. after starting quickly found that i was told that i needed to run all of my estimates and any new work by an leader tech, also i needed to check with him to get new tickets, was required to get his approving to recommend anything, i was working off his workload and was required to review my repair plan with him before touching the car. i would do more oil changes than anything. the man i was paired with was nice to start but began to criticize all of my work and the smallest mistake would be met with criticism and humiliation
