M-F schedule great, pay good. The owners are wonderful but in their absence the shop turns to poo!!

Cons

Favortism, take work from one tech to feed another. Very slow most of the time. New techs will be treated unfairly. Good Ol boy system is strong and you will be given work accordingly! Questionable sales ethics
