Pros

Lunch and snacks provided. Including, vendor, guest, and management provided cookes, snacks, brownies, burritos etc. Bibles and devotionals in the lobby for customer use.

Cons

Long work hours 10 plus hours Monday thru Friday. This is not conducive to life / work balance. Plus, it makes it hard to attend mid-week church and bible studies. If you have children, it makes it extremely difficult to pick up kids in day care centers. Never- ever over promise. This is one thing that was done. As per the "Genesis 101" training manual--it is firmly stated to NEVER over promise and fail to deliver. Also, never ever tell your coworkers that it is "Not Your Job" This does not foster a positive work place and "team work". Plus, this is NOT Christian. With an overabundance of food available; one must have self control on food consumption as it is easy to gain weight. At closing, stragglers still are dealt with thus resulting in late store closing. No consideration for management at employees life, schedules, plans, and appointments.

Pros

Franchisee gives a lot of trust and support. Home office team hands on and personal. Training and team building event annually in TX for service managers. Training for technicians and front office team. Many opportunities for advancement. Able to treat customers right and show them the love of Christ.

Cons

I have no cons. Literally the best repair facility I have ever worked.

Pros

No weekends. Clean shop. Nice equipment. Time to read. Lunch is bought ones a week. Empty parking lot

Cons

No work, misrepresentation of how much is really there. No tech has been in the store longer then 3 months, it's a big shop but only 3 people work there( I was the third) and still nothing to do. The iPad RO writer that you have to use is a good idea but takes to long. You get .2 for a oil change it take you twice as long to use the iPad. Health insurance is crazy expensive. The owner doesn't use it. Owner of store knows nothing about the automotive industry, bought into the franchise and opened the store. You have to rely on service writers to run everything. Just not a good place.to work if you like money. You will stand around alot.
