Pros

Christian Brothers Automotive is the best workplace imaginable. Franchisees and company leadership genuinely care about employees and their growth as a leader and as an individual. The training is the best in our industry. Franchisee and Home Office invest in technology to make jobs easier and bring more guests in through our doors. The culture is second to none. CBAC acknowledges hard work and rewards it with Mastering the Difference as well as a beautiful awards ceremony every fall.

Cons

I have no cons to list. Problems get fixed when addressed.

Hard place to work

Pros

The name brand is a good place e to work for.

Cons

The owner and GM thinks someone should be able to take over under thier standards without knowing their standards. I'm glad they let me go cause they micro manage everyone and make the job impossible to do. A very hard place to work unless you like being micro managed.
