      The medical benefits are great.

      This was by far the worst job experience in my 30+ years as a seasoned management professional. Racist, Bullying tactics, Juvenile behaviors and its rewarded by senior leadership! No people skills! No management or problem solving skills! Senior leadership turns a blind eye and could care less about what happens in the environment & care nothing about the well-being of "certain" employees! The culture is Just Horrible!!

      Good technology, funding, evidence based practice generally encouraged. Fair pay.

      Cons

      There was a whole lot of discrimination and favoritism going on. It was not balanced at all. Even if you did something worthy of recognition, someone else who was not minority would get the credit. Not a race blind environment. I cannot say outright racist but, everyone knows being minority means you don't get equal treatment. Just being honest

      Training programs and residency opportunities

      A lot is wrong with this organization. One there is not a lot of diversity in specialty areas. Two nurse managers are not held accountable for the way they speak to others. Three, they low balled me when I started through residency program..I start at 31 an hour which is highway robbery when you compare that to the state average. The doctors are rude AF and face no consequences. It’s so much to type….
