Pros
They got everyone in IT trained for ITIL, then never used it.. They went with ServiceNow after the dust cleared. They're also a Cerner shop, even though Epic is the known gold standard for health care software. But they're sticking with Cerner thanks to decisions made by mgmt who have now retired and moved on.
Cons
My boss took off all the time she needed when her Dad got sick. No one could question it or say a word about it. I sat across from her office and struggled to ambulate around due to medical issues for months and she never once asked me what the problem was or if I needed any help...but she complained, then demanded, that I perform more onsite visits which she knew was impossible for me to do. I went to HR to try and resolve, and they set me up to fail by pretending to understand then ran to my boss to arm her with what we discussed in confidence which she used against me and got me canned without unemployment pay. All I asked for was to be able to work from home instead of trying to walk around the office which was excruciatingly painful due to degenerative knee disease, and to use Zoom meetings rather than face to face meetings for data gathering. She said absolutely not. She couldn't manage me that way. The week after they left me go, Covid hit and >everyone< worked from home. She managed. 😵💫
