None, Have not found anything good about working here!

Cons

Sales does not have a clue that their customers are not paying their bills and are continuing to sale products to them to get commissions. Sales also enters the orders wrong in the Sales system and doesnt know how to fix the issues that the error creates. Customers paying and the funds are NOT being applied correctly to the accounts, funds are sitting as misapplied. PwC came in swearing they were going to collect 3 million dollars by year end! Did not happen!

A company changing and gorwing

Pros

The team is technically very strong and is collaborating better and better all together since the beginning of year. All the management changed in 2024, from the CEO to the team managers. A lot of moves creating new opportunities and more clarity. Flexi-work with half day Friday Part of a large group (Spirax) giving a wide range of career opportunities

Cons

It's in changes, so with opportunities comes challenges in transition period Some systems are quite outdated (ERP)
