      - Fun atmosphere - Great employee's overall - Love to see kids smile and laugh - Learned a lot over my nine years

      Cons

      - Its not about what you know, its about who you know - Hard work and long hours get you no where unless you know upper management personally - Upper management is slow to pull the trigger when managers are not up to par

      The company provides a very fun work environment. Being around kids all day keeps the work day interesting and exciting

      Cons

      Pay and benefits weren't great. It's a very fast paced environment, so it may not be a good fit for someone who works slower

      It is always entertaining because of the funny little kids. They make you laugh most of the time, that is when they are not screaming.

      Cons

      There was too much required of you. I was told to serve the food and then clean the toilet.
