Pros

You have to be pretty bad at your job to not be promoted. Just do exactly as they tell you no matter how much you dont want to do it and no matter how embarasing it seems it will pay off in the end. They hire from within all the time, anytime a position in management opens up they will look to the cast memebers, more importantly their Team 2s to promote.

Cons

The down side is the pay, totally not worth it, i was an Manager making about 10 an hour working about 45+ hours a week, its a great place to gain experience and to become a manager but do not stick around to long, Also be prepared to pick up for others slack, hop into the mouse suit, be asked to do more than your fair share of work, rushed to clean up, and also dont be shocked to be sent home early, they need to save hours (common excuse). ALSO THIS PLACE HIRES LOTS OF KIDS, IF YOUR AN ADULT APPLYING FOR WORK HERE ITS BETTER TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE. This place is out to save money so dont be surprised when guests complain about food servings, prices, and prize prices.

Pros

Free food, funny work environment if you think kids are hilariously ridiculous, no late nights, flexible hours and scheduling, young coworkers

Cons

Expected to do absolutely everything, managers are unprofessional and try to be your friend, if you don't want to be their friend and hang out with them every second of the day they don't like you, no positive feedback, playing favorites, horrible pay
