      Pros

      Test and learn environment creates exposure to a diverse range of business tactics. Senior leadership acknowledges those who go the extra mile and overachieve. Discounts on visits with family.

      Cons

      Lack of focus and transparency, top down management style, and terrible benefits package. Hostile behavior from senior leaders who regularly use fear tactics on lower level employees. Not for the faint at heart.

      Technicians learn a lot about repairing just about anything.

      Pros

      The Technician work hours are a bonus with no weekends unless needed but that rarely happens. The food is good with the revamped menu.

      Cons

      You have so much to do and you don't get enough time in the day to do it all. If the team isn't working together it will just make the entire store run inefficient and kill morale for everyone.

      Pros

      Kid friendly environment but a lot of disruptive adults/parents. Some locations even have armed off duty police to break up fights between parents

      Cons

      Long hours and unobtainable goals for management. Promises made at hire on about bonus programs but not one GM in the district has bonuses all year. Insurance was supposed to be reasonable but turns into $8300 per year for two people with $75 office copay. DM turnover is horrible and every time a new one arrives expectations change drastically. Upper corporate has proven that they do not care about anyone at the store level
