Pros

Full time job with steady guaranteed hours,

Cons

Life sucking, this job will not let you have a personal life. Your boss will micro manage you and treat u like you are 5. You are working even on your days off.

Pros

I liked my immediate supervisor

Cons

Low pay. I had been working there for 7 years, and for almost 2 years as a manager. After my boss quit, we became short handed. I asked for a raise, from 9.50 to 10.25. I was denied. I was the manager of a restaurant and I couldn't afford to support myself. I also had a harassment claim filed with the company. I'm gay, and I kept having homophobic encounters with one of the other managers. I alerted the district and general managers before calling hr. Nothing was done. I ended up getting a call about it two months after I had filed the complaint, and a month after I had quit. Chuck E. Cheese does not care about the well being of its employees, nor does it follow its own rules regarding harassment. If you are thinking of joining as a manager, be prepared to run tight labor and receive constant micromanagement from as far up as the district manager. I also had the misfortune of helping out several other stores in my time as a manager, and they all shared the same stories. To give some perspective, my restaurant had almost 90 tables, and I was given one person who was in charge of cleaning and delivering the food a night. That person was also the game attendant. The amount of work they try to squeeze out of the children they employ borders on the illegal, and I had 2 instances where I was visiting stores and noticed employees were working off the clock. When asked, they responded that it was their job to finish all the tasks in the time they were given, and since they didn't finish in their shift, they were just wrapping it up off the clock. That's just not right. Chuck e cheese is just not a great place to work, if you can, go elsewhere.

Pros

The bonus structure was good until it was bought out and switched to not so desirable one. Work schedule was good until times changed your were able to spend time with family not at all now. The companies main focus is family not at all with the schedule.

Cons

Working weekends and a lot of them making your schedule is out the door and they expect you to work a lot of hours and compensation is not there. New bonus pay out is ridiculous to a restaurant it's not retail does not go well with a restaurant.
